MOQuIN provides support to participating Missouri health centers to leverage Health Information Technology (HIT) to improve patient care and report on clinical quality measures through the use of data and population health platforms . MOQuIN staff work closely with health centers on training/functionality of population health tool  software, and staff expertise enhance the success of this network in organizing statewide quality improvement efforts and initiatives.
