OSIS is a non-profit technology services organization dedicated to providing expert NextGen Healthcare technology assistance exclusively to Community Health Centers around the country.

Indiana Quality Improvement Network (IQIN) is an HCCN housed within the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA). Founded in 2016, IQIN serves 26 participating health centers serving nearly 500,000 patients in Indiana. IQIN is the value transformation leader in the state and leverage population health management and health IT to help PHCs advance towards the quadruple aim.
