Note: Cenevia is a community health center-owned and governed provider network, and was legally incorporated as a statewide network organization in 1996 consistent with the Affiliation Policies of the Bureau of Primary Health Care.
The goal of the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), funded by HRSA, is to help health centers use technology and data to improve the quality of care they provide and improve health outcomes. CHCACT’s HCCN program provides opportunities for collaboration among members across the health information technology (HIT) continuum–from hosting IT Leadership meetings to small EHR work groups focused on maximizing technology to optimize workflow.
The HCCN also supports the cybersecurity postures of all participating health centers by providing robust training and education, support in implementing risk mitigation measures, and providing training and consultations on cyber insurance policies.
OSIS is a non-profit technology services organization dedicated to providing expert NextGen Healthcare technology assistance exclusively to Community Health Centers around the country.
HealthEfficient is a not-for-profit, mission-driven organization that supports community health centers and other safety-net providers in improving clinical and operational performance, most often through the effective use of Health Information Technology and data analytics.
Along with our regional partners, we operate an HCCN of over 47 community health centers across the country and the Pacific Islands.
At HealthEfficient, our work is built on three foundational elements: 1) Data analytics to give insight into the health center; 2) Consulting and facilitation support to help improve performance; 3) Collaboration with our member health centers to learn and share with peers.
