Aliados Health – Health Center Controlled Network is comprised of 15 participating health centers representing over 276,200 patients in 13 counties in Northern California. The Redwood Community Health Coalition was founded in 1994 and the RCHC HCCN began in 2007.  In 2023, another local consortium, Community Clinic Consortium of Solano and Contra Costa County merged with RCHC and the organization name was changed to Aliados Health. The Aliados Health HCCN provides services to assist health centers through new infrastructure, training, technical assistance, best practice sharing and peer networking in Health Information Technology (including Health IT Tools, Cybersecurity and Interoperability), Population Health Management, Quality Improvement and Health Equity.   Much of our success is established through peer networking and a shared data analytics platform with instances at both the individual health center and aggregated level.
