Founded in 1997, INConcertCare, Inc. (INCC) provides HIT services and support to member health centers in Iowa.

Our 5 areas of focus include:

  • Analytics & Reporting Services
  • Electronic Health Record Services
  • IT, Privacy & Security Support Services
  • Strategy & Management
  • Training & Technical Assistance

In 2023, INCC established a partnership with OCHIN to provide the  Epic suite of products for eleven Iowa health centers.  Two member centers continue to partner with AthenaHealth for AthenaOne, and Henry Schein for Dentrix.

INCC provides Arcadia as our network analytics platform to support VBC and quality reporting.

INCC is co-located with our sister companies, the Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) and IowaHealth+, a clinically integrated network.
